Art classes

I offer engaging and creative art instruction for both children and adults, encouraging artistic growth through foundational techniques, imagination, cultural exploration, and self-expression. My classes are designed to create a welcoming and inspiring environment where students can develop confidence in their creativity while exploring a variety of artistic mediums and styles.

With many years of experience in arts education, I have worked as a Secondary School Professor of Plastic Arts at University of Santo Tomas de Oriente y Mediodía and as an art instructor for children at Cocibolca International School and Centro de Arte la Calzada in Granada, Nicaragua.

My teaching approach is influenced by both traditional artistic training and Waldorf-inspired education, supporting creativity, curiosity, and meaningful artistic expression for students of all ages.

Currently, I teach classes and workshops throughout the Greater Hartford area, including at Jerry’s Artarama, West Hartford Art League, Glastonbury Arts, The WonderLab with Mrs. Gomes, and Toivo Center. I also offer private art instruction for children and adults throughout the Greater Hartford area.
